RETURNS
We get you. Sometimes the fit isn't right or you just changed your mind. You got 14 days from the delivery date to send it back to us. Items must be unworn, and unbothered- with tags still attached in it's original package (we like to stay clean and green). You'll just need to cover the return shipping cost, it's not paid by Hale. Please make sure you have a postal receipt in hand.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change size or color, please return the one you're not happy with and make a new order. Note that our products tend to sell out fast, so hurry placing a new order.
Anything else? There are no stupid questions. Our support team is here and we aim to respond as quickly as possible. Please note that on weekends and public holidays our response may be delayed.
